This Take Away / Exit Conveyor increases the efficiency of packaging operations by transporting products to an inclined position. Ideal to be used in combination with automatic packaging systems and VFFS setups; to retrieve bags from the bagger and deposit them into other higher peripheral systems such as check weighers, metal detector, bundlers, case closing equipment additional conveyors, and/or accumulating systems. This versatile conveyor, equipped with a flat-top chain with pushers, starts at a length running horizontally close to the ground (8 inches), which then rises at an angle to lift and discharge the product at a higher elevation of 37 inches.
